At Greenfield, it is our goal to assist you in staying as healthy as possible. The Greenfield Dialysis Patient Nutrition Assistance Fund is available to provide supplements at cost or free of charge to qualifying Greenfield Health Systems dialysis patients who require nutritional support and are financially unable to purchase supplements otherwise. Patients who qualify may receive liquid or powder nutrients to help address the issue of undernourishment.This program is supported by funds raised from the annual Community Giving Campaign.
